Exchange Policy

At DeJalwa, we take hygiene and customer safety seriously. As a lingerie brand, we maintain strict standards to ensure every item is fresh, untouched, and safe for wear.

 

 No Exchange or Return on Opened Parcels

  • We do not offer exchanges or accept returns on opened parcels or worn items.
  • We do not support open-parcel policies under any circumstances.
  • All sales are final once shipped.

 

Hygiene-Based Restrictions

Due to the personal nature of our products, the following items are non-exchangeable under all conditions:

  • Lingerie sets or items that include panties (e.g., baby dolls, bodysuits)
  • Accessories and intimate wear
  • Items purchased on SALE, discount, or clearance

We kindly ask customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.

 

Exceptions & Investigations

If you receive a wrong item or incorrect parcel, we’ve got you covered:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • Our team will conduct a full investigation, including parcel verification and order review
  • If confirmed, we will exchange the item within 5–7 working days
  • Customers may be asked to contribute to return logistics, depending on location and parcel weight

 

 Premium Orders Over Rs. 5,000

For high-value orders:

  • A 30% advance payment is required before dispatch
  • If an exchange is approved, DeJalwa will cover partial shipping costs
  • The customer may be asked to share return courier charges, based on parcel weight and location

 

Special Delivery via Uber/InDrive

If a customer requests delivery or pickup via Uber or InDrive:

  • The full order amount must be paid online in advance
  • The customer pays the ride fare directly to the driver at the time of delivery or pickup
  • DeJalwa does not reimburse ride fares

 

Exchange Process (If Approved)

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the eligible item back to us
  • Courier charges for return are paid by the customer
  • Once received, we will verify the item’s eligibility
  • If the desired item is in stock, we will dispatch a replacement
  • If unavailable, the customer will receive a credit coupon (minus courier fees), valid for 1 month

 

 Final Notes

  • Items purchased on SALE, discount, or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged
  • We encourage customers to double-check sizes, colors, and product details before placing an order
  • Hygiene is non-negotiable—your safety is our priority
