 Order Confirmation & Pricing

  • We may request additional verification before processing high-value orders.
  • If pricing errors occur, DeJalwa reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order—even after payment confirmation.

 

 Product Category & Hygiene Policy

  • DeJalwa specializes in lingerie and intimate wear, where hygiene is critical.
  • We maintain a strict no exchange, no return, and no open-parcel policy.
  • All items are final sale once shipped.

 

  Exchange Exceptions

  • If you receive a wrong item, report it within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Our team will conduct a full investigation.
  • If approved, we will exchange the item within 5–7 working days.

 

  Orders Above Rs. 5,000

  • A 30% advance payment is required before dispatch.
  • If an exchange is approved:
  • DeJalwa will cover partial shipping costs.
  • Customers may be asked to contribute to return logistics, depending on location and parcel weight.

 

 Uber/InDrive Deliveries

  • If a customer requests delivery via Uber or InDrive:
  • The full order amount must be paid online in advance.
  • The customer pays the ride fare directly to the driver.
  • DeJalwa does not reimburse ride fares.
