Payment Options

We offer two secure payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Prepaid Orders / Online Bank Transfers

 

Prepaid Orders Policy

  • Enjoy an additional 5% discount on all prepaid orders.
  • In case of refunds or cancellations, a 10% deduction will be applied to the total amount.
  • Refunds are processed twice a month:
    • From the 1st–15th
    • From the 16th–30th of each calendar month
  • All refunds are issued only to the original payment account used during the transaction.

 

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 1,800
  • A standard shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to orders below Rs. 1,800

 

Delivery Timeline

  • Orders to metro cities are delivered within 4–5 working days
  • Orders to non-metro or smaller cities take 6–7 working days
  • Once verified, orders can be tracked online

 

 Important Note on COD

If your order is undelivered due to any reason, COD will no longer be available for future deliveries.
To receive your parcel, you will be required to make an online payment in advance.
